This could be my favorite box so far. How will we ever use all of these peppers? Please post any recipes or suggestions you might have! I think it's time to pull out my Rick Bayless and Bobby Flay cookbooks.
Now off to the store to pick up some meat to go will all of these beautiful veggies. Then it's time to start cooking.
I had this problem... serranos work great in Guacamole, or one in place of a couple jalapenos in any recipe. For the banana peppers, I have a TON of them right now, and found a recipe online that I think I might have to try... http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/bobs-stuffed-banana-peppers/Detail.aspx Or I read they are good in eggs.
